Beginners classes will be starting up again Monday Jan 7th @7:30pm.
Beginners classes run every Monday and Wednesday @7:30pm and Friday @7pm.
The aim of these classes is to introduce you to the fundamental movements involved in Crossfit
in a progressive and detailed manner with specific focus on building good movement patterns.
There is no fitness or strength level requirements before starting, you turn up, we'll handle the rest.
